Simple Harmonic Motion is a type of motion where an object moves back and forth around a central point (mean position), and the restoring force is directly proportional to its displacement and always directed towards the mean position.
Examples of Simple Harmonic Motion includes Pendulum swinging, a child on a swing, a vibrating tuning fork, a mass on a spring.
